Pro Direct Academy London BXB is dedicated to developing Extraordinary players and people both on and off the pitch. Our Education Programme is specifically designed for players aged 16-18, to play, compete and study fulltime at Lea Valley High School. Combine football with your education to Be Extraordinary!

What to expect

8-12 hours of professional coaching per week with highly experienced and qualified staff.

UEFA A and FA Licensed coaches develop players in all aspects of the game.

Compete in weekly league matches, cup competitions and games vs Pro Clubs.



Train at first class football training facilities and start of the art gym at Lea Valley High School.

Receive exclusive Pro Direct Academy training and playing kit.

Study fulltime at Lea Valley High School on a range of A Levels/BTEC Sport qualifications.



Experience university visits, work placements and part-time employment with Pro Direct Academy.

Play against and trial with professional and semi-pro clubs to develop a football career.

Player welfare

Our coaches are here to look after your best interests on-and-off the pitch.

All Players

Are presented with the exclusive adidas Pro Direct Academy training pack on starting their membership. Representative teams should wear the supplied adidas match day kit.

Parents & Players

Should make our coaches aware of any medical conditions, before joining Pro Direct Academy, or starting any of our Programmes and training sessions.

Protection

Shin pads, cleats, jerseys, fitted shorts and socks all work together to ensure every player can enjoy the game without the risk of injury. Shin pads are compulsory.

Coaches

All of our UEFA & FA Licensed Coaches have valid First Aid training certificates and are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and certified.

Footwear

Players training at Lea Valley High School 3G should wear 3G/Astro Turf trainers. Players on the other pitches should wear boots with studs.

Welfare

Any issues regarding the welfare of players, please report to your Pro Direct Academy Welfare Officer or ask your Coach.
